Karl Lagerfeld's Gramercy Park apartment is back on the market
— and this time it's priced to move. CasaSugar reports that the three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment at 50 Gramercy Park North has been relisted for $5.2 million. It was last on the market just over a year ago, but Lagerfeld ultimately decided that it wasn't the right time to sell. Whoever buys the well-appointed place this time will get a lot of bang for their buck. The apartment features a chef's kitchen, an open floor plan, and a system of automated curtains — though why anyone would want to cover up that awe-inspiring view of Gramercy Park is beyond us.
